These male and female prisoners had a brief encounter they probably won't forget.
Carlisa
Brookins was caught by their corrections officer as he was performing
oral sex on and Alexis Garcia while he was transporting the couple and
eight others to a Las Vegas Jail.
The male and female inmates were
separated into rows and all of them had belly constraints so the officer
was surprised when he saw Brookins allegedly bend over her seat to
perform a sex act on Garcia.
When the officer turned on the light,
Brookins immediately sat up and made several comments claiming she was
not a prostitute because she didn’t charge Garcia, according to the
police report quoted by the Sun.
Garcia was a complete gentleman
under the circumstances, telling Brookins, “I’ll get you off before we
hit downtown," according to inmate Jessica Melaerts, who was sitting
near Brookins.
Melaerts also told police she didn't want to look at
the live sex show because she thought it was "gross," according to the
Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Garcia's arrest record includes several
possession charges, and an arrest for carrying a concealed weapon
without a permit. Brookins was arrested July 28 on drug charges.
Once
they were caught in the act, they were both transported back to the
Clark County Detention Center and booked for voluntary sex with an
inmate.

FECA-STUDENTS-IN-A-PROTEST
Scores of students of the Federal College of Agriculture, Akure, Ondo State staged a protest in the state capital on Tuesday, against alleged rape of their female colleagues by some suspected hoodlums.
They alleged that three female students of the institution fell victim when the hoodlums invaded their campus in the early hours of Tuesday.
The aggrieved students blocked the ever-busy Fiwasaye/Owo Road, causing a gridlock that lasted many hours.
President of FECA Students Union, Mr. Oladapo Akindamini, explained that about five hoodlums allegedly led by a part-time student of the school, invaded the campus around midnight and headed for the female hostel.
He said, “Other students were alerted by the noise from the female hostel only to discover that two of the female students had been raped while the third student was molested and cut with a machete.
“Two other students were also wounded by the rapists. We have taken them to the general hospital for treatment.”
He added that the students, who were preparing for their examination, rushed out of their hostels and apprehended one of the hoodlums who was handed over to a security officer in the school. He said the officer kept the suspect in an open room instead of handing him over to the police. He added that the lapse gave the hoodlum the oportunuty to escape.
Akindamini said, “The major grouse of the students was that the security personnel can no longer guarantee the safety of students and staff living within the school campus.
“What further angered the students was the conduct of the Chief Security Officer who allowed one of the hoodlums arrested by the students to escape.”
The provost of the college however blamed the porous nature of the institution for the development and appealed to the Federal Government to complete the school’s fencing project.
She said, “It is true that some students were raped by the some of their colleagues who were on campus on part-time basis.”
Boko Haram Was Online With Al Qaeda During ‘Conference Call’ Intercepted By The U.S.A.
Boko Haram leaders were among participants in an extensive
“conference call” organised by Al Qaeda to plan massive terrorist
attacks.
This fact was reported on August 7, 2013, when more details of the interception by the U.S. intelligence became available.
The data obtained from the ‘conference’ triggered the closure of 20 American embassies, including four from sub-Saharan Africa countries, namely, Rwanda, Burundi, Mauritius, and Madagascar.
Officials, according to initial media reports, said the decision was taken after communications between al Qaeda leader, Egyptian-born, Ayman Zawahiri, and the group’s leader in Yemen, Nasser al-Wuhayshi, were intercepted last week. From other sources it has been gathered that the discussion between the two al Qaeda leaders was in a conference call that included the leaders or representatives of al Qaeda and its affiliates, who called through a presumably secure network, from different locations.
Three anonymous American operatives reported of more than 20 al Qaeda operatives were on the call.
“Al Qaeda members included representatives or leaders from Nigeria’s Boko Haram, the Pakistani Taliban, al Qaeda in Iraq, al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, and more obscure al Qaeda affiliates such as the Uzbekistan branch,” the report said. “Also on the call were representatives of aspiring al Qaeda affiliates such as al Qaeda in the Sinai Peninsula, according to a U.S. intelligence official.” “This was like a meeting of the Legion of Doom,” another intelligence officer concluded.
The report, widely sourced by other U.S. media on Wednesday, reflected the global reaches of Boko Haram as the Nigerian government struggles back home to contain the deadly group that has massacred thousands of civilians.
Again, while Boko Haram appears on the U.S. list, the notorious Somali terror group, Al Shabaab, which operates on the horn of Africa, was not mentioned, potentially, a measure of Boko Haram’s strategic importance in the global terror network.
Also during the meeting, the various al Qaeda leaders discussed in vague terms plans for a pending attack and mentioned that a team or teams were already in place for such an attack. For some leading members of Congress, the revelation that al Qaeda’s leadership in Pakistan is actively managing and directing the operations of several affiliates directly refutes the Obama administration’s repeated assertion that the leadership of the core of the group has been decimated by American drone strikes and special operations forces while the affiliate groups have been strengthened.

Policemen arrested over lynching of students in Badagry
According to Punch, the policemen who just stood there and watched while two young men were beaten to death on Sunday July 21 in Badagry, have been arrested. The police officers, Inspector Adefemi Ashogbon and Sergeant John Sonayon of the Badagry Police Division were arrested on Friday August 2nd. Sergeant Sonayon was the police officer that interviewed the victims during their torture. Eight other people have also been arrested over the lynching.
Lagos state Commissioner of Police, Umar Manko said,
“The Divisional Police Officer did not present the matter to us the way it happened. When we started asking questions, we discovered that the two people, who were killed, were not armed robbers contrary to what the DPO told us. When we saw the video clips and watched the way those boys were killed, we told ourselves that we would be failing in our duties if we fail to bring everyone involved to justice.”

Good News For Women! Lagos Takes A Stand Against Domestic Violence: Hit Your Wife And Go To Jail-Government
Under the leadership of Governor Fashola(SAN), the state of Lagos in
the last 6 years has undergone many positive changes, in a bid to make
it one of Africa’s leading mega cities.
Another innovative step by the Fashola regime is the introduction of a new Domestic Violence Law which prohibits wife battery, and prescribes a jail term, where established.
In other words, IT IS NOW AN OFFENCE FOR ANY MAN IN LAGOS TO HIT HIS WIFE.
According to the deputy governor of Lagos State, Hon Joke Orelope-Adefulire, the Domestic Violence Law is made not only to protect women who are most times the target of violence in the home but also to safeguard the interest of men, children, servants, maids and everyone who may be a victim of domestic violence.
In case of man/woman abuse issues, it does not matter whether there’s a valid contracted marriage between the victim and the perpetrator of the act as long as they are living together in a home setting.
Below are steps to take when domestic violence occurs:
1. Remove the abuser from the home pending when the abuse is corrected
2. Or remove the complainant from the residence and put in a protective home
3. Provision of financial assistance by the state via the Office of the Public Defender/Legal Aid Council to victims of abuse who maybe financially unable to seek redress in court.
4. The court can issue warrant of arrest and remand order

The Worst Hangover Ever? Man, 64, Wakes Up Without Joystick .. The Dog Ate It!!!
A 64-year-old man has told how he passed out after a heavy night drinking and woke up to find that his joystick was missing.
Neighbours of Geraldo Ramos claim that he was attacked by a dog as he stumbled around the Dominican Republic unclad while drunk.
But Mr Ramos, of Santiago, doesn't believe their version of events and is none-the-wiser as to how he came to be dismembered.
He told a local television station that all he remembers is waking up and being rushed to hospital for emergency surgery.
The dog which is said to have attacked him has not been traced, nor indeed has Mr Ramos's joystick.
Mr Ramos now has to wear a catheter and was filmed recuperating at his home.
He says that he has learned his lesson - Mr Ramos told Noticias Sin that he is to lay off the drink from now on.
While the neighbour's dog attack tale may seem a little far fetched, it is not entirely unbelievable.

[NEWS] 21 Year Old Slaughters 8 Year Old Boy, Plucks Out Eyes For Disappearing Juju
THE police in Plateau State have arrested a 21-year-old man who
slaughtered an eight-year-old boy and removed his eyes for ritual
purposes.
Parading the suspect and his accomplices before journalists in Jos, the state capital, the Commissioner of Police, Mr Chris Olakpe, said the incident occurred in February at Shwar village in Kanke Local Government Area.
Tacha Tali was said to have waylaid Goltona Salihu, strangulated him and used a knife to remove his eyes.
The commissioner stated that the father of the boy, Salihu, reported the matter to the police, saying that the decomposing body of his son, who had left to graze cows, was found with the eyes missing by a search party, which was organised after the boy failed to return home.
He said on July 26, Tacha was arrested with dry human eyes and subsequently confessed, in the course of interrogation, that the body parts belonged to Goltona.
The suspect, according to the commissioner, also named his co-conspirators, two of whom are herbalists.
Tacha told Saturday Tribune in an interview that he handed the eyes to the herbalists, Kulime Nangkum and Tapyitda, to prepare a disappearing charm and the items, that is, the eyes, were returned to him after the necessary rites were performed on them.
The police also arrested seven suspected members of an armed robbery gang, some of whom were undergraduate students.
According to Olakpe, the suspected robbers, who had terrorised Jos residents for some time, were arrested through a combined effort of the police and other security agencies in the state, as well as members of the public.
Items recovered from the suspects, he said, included eight live ammunition, five cartridges, a knife, two televisions, a home theatre and two laptops.

"Jay-Z even declared himself to be God by referring to himself as Jehovah, and we don’t think that this is the image that our young people need to be glorifying.”Tyman hopes his movement will catch on with protests in every city on the rest of Beyonce's tour.
Fashola Replies Peter Obi Over Alleged Deportation Of Igbos From Lagos
Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola has accused his Anambra state
counterpart of trying to politicise last week relocation of some
destitutes to Onitsha with a view to making cheap political gains from
such in the November 16 governorship election in the south east state.
Fashola who for the first time spoke on the issue while fielding questions from journalists after inspecting some on-going infrastructural projects in the state said “It is unfortunate that my colleague governor has made this a media issue. As I speak, I haven’t received any telephone call or letter from him to complain. And don’t think that is the way government works. On less important matters like this, he had called me before.
“This is a political season and Anambra will be up for contest. And in a political season, unusual things happen and perhaps we are living in an interesting time. And some of the evidence was when one sees two adults kissing on television, it tells you that something is afoot. And it is really important to say that our hospitality in Lagos state is legendary. And it is a global legend that the people of Lagos state are hospitable people. And so is the present government of the state and previous administration”.
“I think that there are large Igbo community in the state. And their presence is evident in Alaba with the Alaba International Market and the ASPAMDA market. And they are doing their business peacefully while the state government is working tirelessly to provide the required transport system, that will help improve the travel time and their businesses.
“There is too much at stake for anyone to begin to insight the Igbo community against their host state. There is too much at stake here. It is a very dangerous and unwarranted precedent. And I hope that common sense will prevail here. Also for those who are praying for blood should know that there is too much at risk here.”

This is serious as Kenyan Lawyer Sues Israel For Killing Jesus
The state of Israel is being sued by a Kenyan lawyer in the
International Criminal Court of Justice (ICJ) for the “trial and
crucifixion of Jesus Christ,” which the lawyer claims was “unlawful,”
according to regional media reports.
Kenyan lawyer Dola Indidis says that Israel and the Jewish people should be held legally liable for Jesus’s death, according to the Jerusalem Post.
Indidis, who has taken his case the ICJ in The Hague, is also suing Tiberius, the emperor of Rome in 42 BCE, “Pontius Pilate, a selection of Jewish elders, King Herod, the Republic of Italy, and the State of Israel,” according to the Post.
Indidis is using the Bible as his primary piece of evidence against Israel.
“Evidence today is on record in the Bible, and you cannot discredit the Bible,” Indidis was quoted as saying by the Kenyan Citizen News.
Indidis further “insists that the government for whom they acted can and should still be held responsible,” the Post reported.
Indidis, who reportedly is a former spokesman of the Kenyan Judiciary, insists that he has a “duty to uphold the dignity of Jesus.”
“I filed the case because it’s my duty to uphold the dignity of Jesus and I have gone to the ICJ to seek justice for the man from Nazareth,” Indidis was quoted as saying. “His selective and malicious prosecution violated his human rights through judicial misconduct, abuse of office bias and prejudice.”
Indidis further maintains that Jesus was not given a proper say during his trial and that his resulting punishment was unfairly carried out.
“I am suing as a friend [of Jesus],” he was quoted as saying.
When asked about the case, an ICJ official is reported to have said, “It is not even theoretically possible for us to consider this case,” according to the Post.

Man Absconds After Wife Delivers Triplets
A 30-year-old mother of triplets, Bose Akapo, has cried out for help in
search of her husband, Biodun Akapo, 45, who reportedly absconded
shortly after his wife delivered of triplets.
Vanguard gathered that the father of the triplets, who is a farmer at Afojupa village, a suburb of Owode-Egba town in Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State, bolted when he received the news of the birth of the triplets.
It was further gathered that the wife and the runaway husband are indigenes of Ibadan and have been living together as a happy family in the village for over a decade, before the arrival of the triplets.
Narrating her ordeal, Bose, who delivered the babies last Wednesday at a maternity home in the town, explained that she was bailed out at the hospital by a traditional ruler of the town, Oba Kolawole Sowemimo, who paid the hospital bill.
She further said her husband had gone out before she started having pains and was assisted to the hospital on a motorcycle by a neighbour.
According to her, “I never thought of three babies until when I put to bed because I already had two children who are ages five and eight. I was taken to hospital on a motorcycle by a neighbour when I started noticing signs of delivery, because my husband was not at home at that time. But, surprisingly, I gave birth to triplets and when the news got to my husband he did not visit me throughout my admission in the hospital, and has since remained incommunicado. I don’t even know his whereabouts till now, but I am begging him to come home for the sake of these innocent babies.
“When I got to the hospital, because I could not find my husband, I contacted our traditional ruler who rendered financial assistance and provided clothings and other medical materials for the babies.”
Vanguard gathered that the woman and the triplets are all in stable condition and have been discharged from the hospital.
Speaking on the development, the royal father of the town, Oba Kolawole Sowemimo, expressed optimism that the state government would attend to the needs of the family, describing the Ibikunle Amosun-led administration as a government known for the welfare of the citizens and residents.

(PHOTO) Suspected kidnapper caught smuggling baby in traveler’s bag
Pandemonium rent the air in in the early hours of
Saturday morning at Bwari Park, Abuja, when a suspected kidnapper was
apprehended trying to board a commercial bus with a stolen baby
The incident which stunned passengers of the bus soon attracted a large gathering of people comprising mostly drivers, park traders, motorists and commuters.
City Pulse gathered that the little boy was reportedly abducted from a remote community in Abuja this morning by his abductor who made arrangement to travel with him neatly tucked into a black traveler bag.
The bubble however burst when the young man vehemently refused to let go of the bag when asked by the conductor. But as the noise of their argument began to attract other passengers, he eventually agreed.
As the bus conductor struggled to arrange the bag with others, he enquired from the man what the content of the was. According to him, the bag was unusually cold. That appeared strange to him since the suspect claimed that it didn’t contain frozen food.
The commotion also pricked the conscience of fellow passengers and a soldier who insisted on knowing the content of the bag.
When the suspected abductor realized his game was up, he tried to flee the park. He was however caught and overpowered by the mob who later forced the bus open.
Lo and behold, it contained the motionless body of a baby boy.

[BREAKING NEWS] Police arrest notorious robber plaguing south-west
The Leader of a notorious robbery gang terrorizing Lagos and other
south-west states was Thursday, arrested by operatives of the Special
Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, Lagos.
Vanguard gathered that the suspect, identified as Abiodun Ogunjobi, a.k.a, Abbey Godogodo, met his waterloo when SARS operatives led by SP Abba Kyari who have been on his trail for a long time, laid ambush for him at his mansion at Egbeda area of Ibadan, Oyo state and also recovered two Ak47 rifles and 10 fully loaded magazines.
Vanguard learnt Godogodo was behind the July 7, 2013, gruesome murder of seven persons at O4 Hotel, a popular hotel in Ajah area of Lagos, including the owner, Olarinwaju Subair.
His gang also went on to kill two security guards at a popular hotel, along Apapa Road, Ebute-Meta area of State on the same day.
Police sources told our reporter that the suspect narrowly escaped arrest on July 14, 2013, when he and members of his gang engaged SARS operatives in a shootout on Eko Bridge, Lagos Island after killing two policemen at Ebute-Ero and Ajao Estate. Five members of his gang were gunned down in the encounter, while Godogodo and two others escaped.
Vanguard further learnt that Godogodo who has three children from three women, coordinated several bank robberies in Kwara, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti and Osun States and has killed more than 50 policemen. According to the police source “he is the biggest and most notorious armed robber we have in the South West in the past 14 years.
When Vanguard interviewed the 36-year-old suspects, who is a native of Abekuta, Ogun State, he confessed to being a robber as accused with no regrets for his actions. He said “I started robbing in 1996 and in 1999 I was arrested and remanded in prison for the minor crime of fighting. I spent more than seven years in prison. My prolonged stay in prison for this minor offence hardened me and I vowed to pay back the police for that injustice.
“After I was released, I went to Katanguar, in Iyano-Ipaja area of Lagos to meet my friend Odun, who was arrested by the Police recently at O4 Hotel in Ajah. Odun was a robber and we started operating; we worked with several other gangs. I invested my money in arms and ammunition. I also built houses in Ifo, Ilaro, Ikorodu and Ibadan.
“I kill policemen and take their rifles because they (policemen) have also killed my boys and taken my rifles from them. I have no regrets for all I have done and I have no advice for young people who want to go into armed robbery like me.”

6 Awesome Things Women's Bodies Can Do
Sometimes women get bogged down in body image issues. We focus on
what our bodies can't do, how they don't look and how we wish they
looked. In the process, we lose sight of everything they are capable of
and how downright incredible they are, imperfections and all.
Here's a reminder of six of the totally awesome things women's bodies can do.
And if you think of any big causes for celebration we left off the list, let us know in the comments.
1. Create Life
Yes, it's obvious. But it's also so incredible, we can't leave it off the list: Women's bodies are capable of growing other people and then ushering them into the world.
Lots of specific things happen during pregnancy in order to help babies along - each of them mind-blowing in their own right. For example, women's bodies grow a whole new organ (the placenta), which provides oxygen and key nutrients and also eliminates waste. Plus, overall maternal blood volume increases by up to 50 percent, while the amount of blood pumped by a pregnant woman's heart every minute increases by between 30 and 50 percent, the Mayo Clinic explains.
2. Make Food
Again, another one that's pretty obvious, but too incredible to ignore: Women's bodies make their own food. And not just any food, but, like, the original superfood. Breast milk and colostrum - the thick, yellow fluid women make early-on before their full milk comes in - is rich in nutrients and antibodies that can help babies fight off infection and disease for weeks, months and even years to come.
3. Have Multiple Orgasms
Media coverage of women and sex often focuses on the elusive female orgasm. Less touted (celebrated?) is the fact that many women are capable of achieving multiple big-Os in a row. As WebMD explains, "Some women are capable of a rapid return to the orgasm phase with further sexual stimulation and may experience multiple orgasms." Men, on the other hand, "need recovery time after orgasm, called a refractory period, during which they cannot reach orgasm again."
4. Remember Things
The brain is the most complex part of the human body and a growing number of studies suggest that women's brains are particularly adept at remembering important bits of information. A 2010 study by researchers with the University of London found that 50-year-old women were better at recalling a group of words they'd heard minutes before than their male counterparts, whilea study published this June found that women were better than men at remembering faces.
5. Smell (Really Well)
Studies suggest that women have a strong sense of smell - stronger than men's overall. And that sense becomes even stronger just before or during ovulation. "Women have a better sense of smell, especially during ovulation when estrogen levels soar," Dr. Oz once told Oprah. A (slightly bizarre) 2008 study even suggested that women are capable of sniffing out men's sexual intentions by smelling samples of their sweat.
6. Survive
According to recent Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates, women live roughly five years longer than men. Scientists surmise that much of that is because women are more likely to engage in healthier behaviors that impact longevity (like eating well, for example), but recent research also suggests that women's bodies have an innate ability to fight off infection and disease.
A Japanese study found that there was a slower rate of decline in key immune-related markers in women than in men, possibly because of how sex hormones affect the immune system, MSN reports.
